QUALIFICATION	applicant must possess a minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. A relevant tertiary Diploma/Degree in HR Management
EXPERIENCE
SKILLS	Applicants must have the following: Sound verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills in English. Sound computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excell, Word) Precise and accurate nature, as well as attention to detail Deadline orientated. Energetic and flexible disposition and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels, as well as customers. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Ability and willingness to work irregular and extended hours.
OTHER
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS	The incumbent will be required to perform various tasks inherent to the position such as: Maintain confidentiality. Submission of Portfolio of Evidence at end of program Effective communication within the organization with peers and managers Willingness to request and act on feedback.
